Apple are famous for their innovative marketing methods, constantly intriguing us as to what their next product will perform and look like. Never giving anything away the tech firm are getting ready for the launch of the much-anticipated iPhone 7; a phone that has been the centre of many tech-based rumours over the past few days.
Inviting journalists to San Francisco Apple will unveil the tech used to create the iPhone 7, allowing reporters to then relay the message to the tech-hungry public.
With the invitation to the product launch simply reading ‘See you on the 7th’ many have come to the conclusion that a large focus will be placed on the camera.
Also expected to launch the Apple Watch 2 we at MOBO are certainly excited to find out what this information-free invitation means. The Independent is another source focused on the camera:
‘Apple’s invite appears to be indicating that the new phone will be able to achieve that second effect, using its rumoured two lenses to bring a more professional-style look. Other phones have done that in the past, and Apple is expected to concentrate on the camera while selling the new phone.’
PREVIOUS APPLE INVITATIONS
Unsurprisingly this is not Apple’s first cryptic message, with previous launches coming with their own notes to decode.
Hinting on the release of their watch Apple wanted to keep people ‘in the loop’ with the following invite.
In 2015 Apple sent out the following invite, eager to promote the updated Siri feature. Urging recipients to ask Siri about the launch she gave a variety of answers including: “You’ll have to wait until 9 September. I bet you were one of those kids who snuck downstairs to open presents early, weren’t you?”
Let us know what you think, are we expecting more than just an impressive camera on the 7th September? Leave your comments below.
