Taking inspiration from the latest trends and technologies, the Pepperpot website was a project that the whole mobo team thoroughly enjoyed working on, having vast experience digital marketing in the food and drink industry. Wanting to transfer the vibrancy of the food onto the screen, we opted for bright colours and a clean design, all executed with bags of energy.
Marrying tradition with modernity, these African ready meals are hand cooked, then packed and stocked on the shelves of our favourite supermarkets. Creating authentic, real African food with all the convenience of a ready meal, these foods needed to be marketed well online.
When we began to brand the product, we wanted to make sure the logo sat well with the colourful photography, so we combined a simple logotype with African patterns to brand PepperPot. Quickly celebrating the brand values, the design reflects the fun nature of the Pepperpot really well, allowing users to get to grips with different products.
We at Mobo were also commissioned with creating the social media pages for the business, creating graphics and copy that promoted Pepperpot in its true light. Building the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus and Instagram pages, we quickly gathered momentum, with our SEO pollination tactics proving to be a huge positive for the siteâs ranking. Implementing a strategic SEO plan was also a great aspect to the project, ensuring the site was welcoming constant traffic from the right type of searchers. From conducting in-depth search audits to sewing up the back-end with all the right keywords, the Pepperpot website is growing daily
