Having been offering web design and development to insurance businesses since our first day in business, we were thrilled to be tasked with creating the High Gear website. As a business that it all about supporting customers in need of insurance products, we needed to create a clean, easy-to-use website that retained traffic, allowing users to explore the variety of advantages working with High Gear boasts.
Wanting to stamp their identity throughout their digital collateral, we first looked at the brand values, eager to give our clients a platform in which they could share their personality as well as their unmatched knowledge on the subject of car insurance.
Implementing a minimalist design, we allowed all of the users to really digest the information on the pages, navigating themselves around the site with complete ease.

We started by identifying the UX deliverables, digging deeper into the personas of users and what they needed from the website. Through such tasks, we found the presentation of content and imagery was important, with High Gear's customers mainly using the site on mobile devices. As a result, we worked with a mobile-first approach; one that has only enhanced the number of customers visiting and staying on the High Gear site.
With the site now settled in, High Gear is experiencing more enquires from a wider range of customers, with our SEO campaign supporting the business' sales department
