eClean was a small UK startup when we started working with them. As a commercial and domestic cleaning company, they realised that there was a huge gap in the cleaning market; a gap in which technology could fill. Wanting to connect cleaners and customers through an online portal, the business owners wanted to build out eClean to be accessible to the masses, supporting busy people in need of a quick cleaning solutions.
Building the booking system from scratch, the technology has been likened to that of Uber, with the 'disruptive' tech having been featured in various industry publications. As a rather large project, our coders credit eClean as one of their most challenging yet exciting projects to date, collaborating with the developers of our UK office in the process.
Conducting a great deal of research and audits into search trends, we found that more and more people are looking for cleaning services online and on mobile devices. As a result, we created the eClean application; available on both Android and Apple devices.
From the integrated online quote form, to digital payments and cleaner tracking, the app has completing transformed the way in which people search, compare and book cleaners.
