Brynawel Rehab is a business that has been in operation for over 40 years, offering professional support and assistance to people experiencing alcohol or other drug addictions. Providing a window into what the centre can offer its patients, we needed to ensure the website reflected the wonderful services Brynawel Rehab offers, working closely with the fabulous team to do so.
Needing to create a picture of what the centre had already achieved, we placed a huge focus on user-generated content, featuring testimonials and stories of past patients on the homepage.
With rehabilitation being a rather sensitive subject, we conducted a great deal of research into tone and language, with our content team needing to find a balance between emotive language and professionalism.

The content on the site was quite basic to begin with, simply itemising what services the centre offered. We decided to take things in a different direction, featuring questionnaires that really engaged users that were looking for help. Building out the 'Need Help?' section, our strategy aimed to really talk to readers that are struggling with addiction.
Form its simple design to its newly-design blog, the site now acts as a digital hub of supportive tools. Experiencing an increased number of users on a daily basis, we are proud to be connected with such a wonderful brand.
